I am Ashley, a 39-year-old mother to my four-month-old puppy, Luna, who isn't just my pet but my emotional support animal. Married and living with a passion for making a difference, I've embraced a new chapter in my career as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FND Warriors. I am thrilled about this role, where I get to oversee the daily operations and ensure that our mission continues to grow and impact lives positively.

My journey to this point has been filled with learning and growth. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Windsor, Ontario, and spent many years as a case manager for a travel assistance company, working with various reputable travel insurance companies across Canada. However, a personal setback led me to co-found FND Warriors alongside Elisabeth. Together, we are dedicated to advocating for more rights and protections for people with disabilities, driven by our belief that everyone, regardless of their health status, deserves equal opportunities and support.

My name is Elisabeth Pauze, and I am honored to serve as the CEO of FND Warriors. I was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder three years ago following a life-changing surgery. Since then, I have gained valuable insight into navigating life with FND and the challenges it brings.

My journey has inspired me to help others in the FND community by sharing my knowledge, providing support, and fostering connections. My goal is to empower others to face their own journeys with strength, understanding, and hope. Together, we can build a supportive and informed community that thrives despite the challenges of FND.
